Easy Teriyaki Salmon Power Bowl

An amazing dish for multitaskers, this salmon teriyaki bowl will leave you full and energized without feeling too sluggish.

Keeping with Pachamama’s mission, I always feel like the best results from this dish come when you use fresh, organic ingredients.

Tip: use minute rice and pre-packed salad if you’re pressed for time

The best part, you only need one pan to cook your salmon and side. Easy to cook and clean!

Just set your oven to pre-heat while your oil heats up, and it’s all a go from there.

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

While oven is heating up, cook rice according to package instructions.

Sauté edamame in a drizzle of Japanese Sauce for a few minutes until cooked through. Set aside.

Season salmon with salt and pepper, and cook for five minutes on each side before placing in the oven for another 5-7 minutes.

Plate the rice, salad and edamame and place the cooked salmon on top.

Drizzle Teriyaki sauce over salmon and top with sliced avocado. Best served fresh!
